Mandy Falbo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and brings a keen artistic sensibility to every project. With years of experience as a professional stager, interior designer, and decorator, she knows how to balance style and function to create spaces that resonate with buyers and feel like home. Mandy excels at finding creative solutions that enhance a home’s appeal and highlight its unique character.
Wendy Usrey is a licensed real estate broker and property manager with over 25 years in the industry. Throughout her career, she has staged hundreds of properties—including high-end listings, everyday family homes, and long-term rentals. Wendy’s deep market knowledge and staging expertise provide invaluable insight into how to present a property to attract and engage buyers effectively.
Esther Hansen is seasoned real estate investor with a knack for transforming ordinary properties into exceptional spaces. She has purchased and redesigned multiple homes—not your typical “fix and flip,” but thoughtful transformations that maximize appeal and value. Esther’s ability to spot potential and creatively reimagine properties brings a unique, results-driven perspective to our team.
Together, Wendy and Esther also run Coastal Soul Properties, our sister company specializing in short-term rental consulting, setup, design and management. As experienced STR owners, investors, and managers, we understand what drives guests to choose one property over another—and we’ve proven it with our own portfolio. Our Airbnb listings consistently rank in the Top 5% in the market, are named “Guest Favorites,” and have been accepted into the highly selective Plum Guide—an exclusive platform that accepts only about 3% of rentals worldwide after a meticulous vetting process.
