• Input on issues that may arise to help keep the project aligned with market goals

• Final “punch list” style walk-through at project completion (up to 2 hours on site), drawing on decades of experience with new construction, sales walkthroughs, and rental inspections. Includes a written report of items identified for client follow-up. Optional return visits for follow-up inspections are available at $150 per visit (up to 1 hour each).
